The Process
Emily takes an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address thought patterns, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore deeper emotional parts of yourself, and mindfulness and attachment-based techniques to support lasting change.
Vantage Therapy utilizes an eclectic approach and aspects of attachment theory, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems in order to best support those seeking therapy.
Who We Work With
Emily works with clients on a wide range of concerns, including anxiety and stress, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting struggles, and school-related difficulties in children and teens.
